I purchased these JBLs PRX615 and was very impressed with the quality and mostly the sound. I get a lot of complements from my audience on how great my speakers sound. I also purchased the JBL PRX 635S again very impressed.

It is a light weight active speaker... Loud... but no bottom end boom. If you are looking for some bottom end bass... this is not the speaker for you !!!

I purchased 2 JBL PRX615M 1x15 2-Way 1000-Watt Powered Loudspeakers and I must say that one of them after using it for less than 10 times, for 2 hours at the time, at not even half of its capacity, one just decided not to work anymore. I have it at a repair shop right now and hope they can fix it. Since I live in the Caribbean sending it back is not really an option for me. The other one works fine but I am not happy at all! at over $800 a piece and being a JBL speaker I expected so much more. I have a pair of crates for 6 years and they are awesome. My advice? Don't buy these. Get something else for that kinda money. I have spend a lot of money on amazon. And needless to say I am very disappointed. Considering other options.
